Hucclecote House is a design studio based in Melbourne, focused on design management creating an enjoyable, seamless process for clients and shaping how buildings positively impact people. We were founded to guide projects from initial vision through to completion, reducing stress, simplifying decision making, and ensuring buildings are designed and delivered with purpose. Through close collaboration with clients and industry professionals, we align every project with a shared goal: creating meaningful, enjoyable places for people.
Our role is to advocate for quality and value at every stage. We manage the process on your behalf, whether that means ensuring developers deliver on expectations or that designers provide the right level of input so you can move forward with confidence. Using design, scientific research, and global building standards to inform our work, we approach every decision collaboratively, with a strong focus on quality assurance, program alignment, and budget control. We work across a wide range of sectors, including residential, workplace, hospitality, leisure, public spaces, and masterplanning. Alongside design management, we offer interior and furniture design, architectural and urban design concepts, and human experience consultation.
Our responsibility is to create spaces that support thriving communities, places where people want to stay, connect, and contribute. By enhancing the quality of the built environment, we help generate long term social and economic value for local areas. Sustainability is central to our approach, aiming to create enduring spaces that stand the test of time, reducing the need for redevelopment. Hucclecote House is led by Luke Robinson ARB, a UK qualified architect with extensive experience and a strong interest in how people respond to the built environment.

We support site identification, concept development, and team formation, setting projects up for successful delivery. From there, we can continue to oversee design management and align the project with your broader goals, including brand and operational strategy.

Human Experience Consultancy
We help you understand how a space is experienced, both in design and in use.
Using design thinking, research, and scientific evidence, we assess how environments are perceived and perform. We provide clear guidance and design strategies to improve usability, comfort, and overall experience.
